1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to jilli33. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and jilli33 ("we", "platform", or "jilli33") regarding your use of our website, mobile application, and all services we provide.

By accessing, registering, logging in to, or using any part of the jilli33 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the jilli33 platform immediately.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

Jilli33 reserves the right to request proof of age verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or termination.

3Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your jilli33 account, including your password, login credentials, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. jilli33 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.

Your Responsibilities:

• Do not share your jilli33 account password or login credentials with anyone.
• Always log out of public devices after each session.
• Notify jilli33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your profile information (name, phone number, email) up to date whenever there are changes.
• Your jilli33 account is for your personal use only — it may not be transferred, lent, or used by anyone else.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the jilli33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support the following payment methods, which are the most commonly used by Malaysian players:

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction from your jilli33 account.
• The withdrawal method must be the same as, or related to, your original deposit method.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered under the same name as your jilli33 account — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Jilli33 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours during normal business hours.
• Bonus withdrawals require full completion of the rollover requirements before they can be processed.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Jilli33 offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus carries its own rollover (wagering requirement) as stated at the time of claiming.
• The RM100 welcome bonus is subject to a 20x rollover on eligible games.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time — bonuses cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified (typically 7 to 30 days).
• Jilli33 reserves the right to void any bonus in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of bonus terms.
• Bets placed before a bonus is credited will not count towards fulfilling the rollover requirements.

Games Excluded from Rollover:

Certain games may be excluded or contribute a different percentage towards bonus rollover fulfilment. The current list is available on the jilli33 Promotions page. Live Casino games typically contribute only 10%–20% towards rollover, depending on the promotion.

6Game and Betting Rules

All games on jilli33 — including Live Casino, table games, Sports Betting, e-sports, and virtual sports — are governed by their respective game rules. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• The outcome of all digital games is final and determined by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Sports betting results are final and based on the official outcome declared by the relevant competition organiser.
• Jilli33 reserves the right to void or refund bets involved in technical errors that affect game outcomes.
• Bets placed during a technical disruption or system failure may be declared void.
• For Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Any outcome affected by a streaming technical failure will be reviewed and resolved on a case-by-case basis.
• Players may not place bets that exceed the limits set for the relevant table or game.

7Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

Jilli33 takes all forms of fraud, manipulation, and platform abuse seriously. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Registering more than one account for any purpose, including claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using any software, bots, automated scripts, or other programs not authorised by jilli33.
• Player collusion to manipulate the outcome of poker or any other game.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities, software bugs, or technical errors for unfair advantage.
• Transferring funds between accounts to circumvent legal controls.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or the KYC process.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name to deposit into jilli33.
• Any form of money laundering through the jilli33 platform.
• Disruptive, threatening, or abusive behaviour towards jilli33 staff or other players.

8Account Termination and Suspension

Jilli33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Account closure request by the user.
• Confirmation that the user does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., underage).
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months.
• Compliance with directives from legal authorities.

Voluntary Closure:

You may request the closure of your jilli33 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@jilli33.app. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be refunded to you subject to appropriate security checks.

9jilli33's Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, jilli33 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or incidental losses arising from your use of our platform.

• Jilli33 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times.
• Jilli33 is not liable for any losses caused by a user's internet connection, device issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Jilli33 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user.
• Jilli33 is not liable for unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

10Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Jilli33 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the jilli33 website.

We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notifications. However, it remains your responsibility as a user to review the latest Terms. 11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the jilli33 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration under mutually agreed arbitration rules. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
